Shoppeoholic offers both digital downloads and physical products. Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase, while physical products are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe listed on each product page. Tracking information is provided when available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Physical products may qualify for replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
